Husky Flying Club is an interdisciplinary aviation interest club with many opportunities for students that love flying. Including, our Drone Racing Team that flies speedy drones using VR Goggles, from the drone’s perspective. These aren’t your average photography drones.

HFC also provides students with free access to state-of-the art flight simulators, free ground school towards your pilot’s license, and discounted flying lessons. Additionally, HFC was awarded a $120,000 grant to build the first ever UW Airplane with our debut Aircraft Build Project.
