Drop-in Activities: Head down for fun and join the action with drop-in activities such as dodgeball, basketball, volleyball, badminton, roller skating and archery. All drop-in activities are available from 4:00-7:00pm.

“New to the IMA? Join Personal Trainer & Group Fitness instructor JP for a guided tour of the facility. You will see all of our spaces and equipment offerings as well as learn some helpful tips and tricks to navigate the IMA! After your tour of the facility, you will have a chance for some Q&A and physical demonstrations of movements or equipment!
Electro Cycle

Rhythm and Flow Yoga
“Rhythm & Flow is a vinyasa yoga class with extra groove. Movement is harmonized with breath to promote strength, balance, stability, and mental focus.”
