Are you someone who’s always wanted to learn American Sign Language but have never found the time to take classes? Come join the American Sign Language (ASL) Club at UW as we kick off the 2023-2024 school year with our ASL Basics Workshop!

We’ll be teaching ASL from scratch for a full hour, so for anyone who is a total novice at the language, this is your opportunity to get your foot in the door! This ASL Basics Workshop will also be the first of a weekly ASL Beginner’s series, so if you’re hoping to continue learning ASL outside of a classroom, attendees of this workshop are more than welcome to continue learning with us throughout the quarter!
