Come meet your fellow STEM students as you walk around one of Seattle’s best parks: The Arboretum!
The Arboretum is a welcome oasis on the shores of Lake Washington. Jointly managed by the University of Washington Botanic Gardens and the City of Seattle, its 230 acres contain a dynamic assortment of plants, some found nowhere else in the Northwest.
For the event, we will meet in front of Parrington Hall at 9:30 and make our way to the 15th Ave NE Campus Pkwy bus stop. From here, we will take a short ride to the park located across the Cut. If you have any clarifying questions about this event, please feel free to reach out to our event coordinator in the “Contact Information” tab.
This event is being organized by Triangle Fraternity: a fraternity of engineers, Scientists, and Architects. Our group aims to support STEM students on campus through academic support, community engagement and leadership, career development, and professional connections within the STEM field. If you are interested in learning more, please check out our website or contact our Recruitment Vice President below.
We look forward to meeting you!
