Rhythm & Flow is a vinyasa yoga class with extra groove.

In this practice you’ll flow to vibrant, feel-good rap, alternative R&B, chillwave, chillhop, and neo soul music to provide an outer pulse to your inner rhythm of body, mind, and spirit. Movement is harmonized with breath to promote strength, balance, stability, and mental focus.
